Hello
My parcel is stuck in departure export scan Beijing since May 30th already and the status does not change.
I ordered it already quite a time ago.
I really need this parcel until June 21st. It's important. 😐
So i don't have much time left, i'm pretty desparate.

The sending number is: RG175162870CN

Does anyone know why it is taking so long?
Or is there an Email adress of the export customs?

normally status will freeze after it left china. you can not know exact location at this moment. parcel to Germany might take 2 to 4 weeks, so you should get the goods between May 15 to May 31.
