Hi,

I noticed in my previous shipped items, if the parcel hass arrivet at Guangzhou, then it will only need 10-12 days to Indonesia. Meanwhile this time my Parcell has been stuck since 30-08-2017 at Guangzhou

The tracking number is RF890657815CN

2017-08-26 13:21:28.0 Electronic Data Received
2017-08-27 18:01:53.0 金华city parcel dept. received
2017-08-27 18:02:35.0 金华city parcel dept. customs scan
2017-08-27 18:59:11.0 leaving 金华city parcel dept. ，next station Hangzhou center
2017-08-28 08:57:33.0 Hangzhou city Post Office international 通信局 export security scan
2017-08-28 09:03:38.0 Hangzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2017-08-30 12:55:32.0 Guangzhou 邮区center 局international parcel dept. export security scan
2017-08-30 13:43:21.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

I need help to follow up where my parcell right now is, and when will the parcel depart to Indonesia.

your parcel left china on Aug 30. It will travel about 2 to 5 weeks from China to Indonesia, you need some patient.

Oh glad to hear that my parcell has already left china to Indonesia. Is it with airmail or ??? usually it's only take 2 days to arrive in Indonesia tho.

It is airmail. however , parcel spends most of the trip time in customs clearance and import sorting. This might take 2 to 4 weeks. Travel in flights only takes 2 to 3 days.
