Hi, my parcel (RR450914568HU) has been stucking at the airline in Fuzhou and has no update for almost a month. Why the delayed? Thanks.

RR450914568HU seems to have delivery problem. Please ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and try to arrange pickup.

Thanks for answering the question. But is it delivery problem or just stuck at the airport? Please clarify. Moreover, the receiver and the receiver's address is outside of China, therefore, calling the hotline is impractical.
