Post Parcel still in Guangzhou

Ordered on the 8th Sept and the order was sent to China Post 11th September. Today is the 06 November and the order is still in China Guangzhou airport. I have been receiving that message "arrived at Guangzhou then left Guangzhou the arrived then left Guangzhou". Now the order has cleared customs for the second time. So when will it be arriving in South Africa

I need help and confirmation that its on a ship sailing or by air as we speak.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned to China on Oct 31. You can not get it anymore. Not sure why South Africa post return the parcel to China. you should open dispute to seller for refund asap.
