your parcel should be outside china now. Normally parcel status will not change when it is outside china(none scan the parcel anymore) until it arrives your country. this procedure might take 2 to 5 weeks.

CP298735171CN is surface parcel which goes through sea. It should have left hong kong and on the ocean ship. You might need wait another 5 to 10 weeks to get the parcel.

Your seller used a very cheap and slow service, if you buyer protection is expiring , you should open dispute.

Thanks for the reply. Has it definitely left China? All the sites that I use, including the China Post one, say that it is still at customs. In the past I have seen that the status says that it has left China?

your parcel left china on Nov 19. you can not see new status when it is outside china. Normally parcel should arrive Spain in 30 days, if not, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
