I have sent a parcel to China from Bulgaria, the tracking number is RI206630932BG. The recipient says they have not received the parcel but the tracking information says that it was delivered (final delivery) on December 18th.

Any idea how to find out where the parcel is?

RI206630932BG was delivered on Dec 18.if your receiver did not get the goods, ask him call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry delivery detail.
