Hi there,

looking for my parcel RB404225535DE. It is on route since 2015/7/22 an now in Shanghai since 2015/9/8. Can someone help me to find out why it takes so long to Guangzhou or what happens with the parcel, now?

RB404225535DE arrived Guangzhou on Aug 2 but failed delivery. It was returned to Germany(left Shanghai,China on Sep 8).
