Hi, i have a parcel shipped from China to Zimbabwe on 12 February 2019 it has not arrived. Please assist. Number is RD003626385HK.

RD003626385HK was shipped in Feb. If you have not got it, normally it means it was lost.

You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
