Hi I am new to the forum and trying to track a parcel I originally sent via U.K. Royal Mail . It arrived in Beijing was sent to the post office but not picked up by the recipient. It was therefore shipped back to me via china post . I have tracked the parcel and the last entry was mid February and as follows
2017-02-21 12:52:34.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

Since then there are no more updates could you please help with this my tracking number is RH080060155GB. I have contacted Royal Mail and they don't have any updates other than from When it was originally sent .

Please help

Sorry I write this here, I don´t know how to make a new thread.

I haven´t received package number 89040182403, it says: Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan and then nothing more. It´s since december. What can I do?

you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel compensation from seller.
