Post Parcel not received

Hi I ordered a parcel under the tracking number ( LX965913488CN ) and it says it had tried to been delivered at my house, but I have had no parcel and no card to say it has tried to be delivered, I'm worried as I've been waiting for this parcel for a while now and it feels like I'm not going to receive it at all

1. Last tracking I could find is this on Royal Mail site:
16/08/16 18:14 ON ITS WAY TOHWDC AIRSURE NOTTINGHAM MAIL CENTRE

2. You should call Royal Mail as soon as possible for your parcel otherwise it will come back to the sender.

I've just called Royal Mail and they said the package is returning to the sender but there's no
reason why it's returning, I put my shipping details correctly and I payed all the money for the package, but it's now going back from England too China and the seller does not respond to any of my messages

Hi,
If you did not receive delivery notice neither package and it might mean that the seller/sender sent it to the wrong address. If the address has been correct and confirmed and he/she does not respond anymore it could have been a deliberate action. If I were you I would claim for refund and ask to investigate this seller.
