Post Parcel not handed to Carrier

My tracking number, LZ476495894CN, shows the parcel was handed to the carrier on the 29/11. I have communicated with the carrier (New Zealand Post) who have not received the parcel yet. Can this be looked into as I believe it may have gone missing.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ476495894CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Nov 29. It is still in airline warehouse now.

Now is Xmas rush season, shipping is very slow, you need some patient. Once parcel arrives NZ, NZpost will show next update. It is on the way, not lost.
