I shipped my things from China to Zimbabwe using China Post Ship courier and its already been 8 months and they are not here yet and every time i check it keeps saying its in Shanghai Customs. I do not understand, please help. my parcel i.d is CP339246189CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP339246189CN was shipped in July 2018. If you did not get it after 6 months, it should be lost. If you purchased shipping insurance, you should claim compensation.
