I sent back package with item i got from China to exchange.
The parcel, Tracking No. RR439188308IL , passed some security and customs scans. Now it's stuck over a month in "Import Security Scan" in "Guangzhou".
Can someone tell me what is going on with it?

you should ask receiver call phone number 11185. the parcel has delivery problem.
