The tracking status changed to Beijing on 2015-11-05 (see attached)

2015-11-01 09:09:19.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2015-11-01 15:55:15.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2015-11-05 08:42:51.0 长春Transit Station import customs scan

When can I expect my parcel to changchun?

Well, according to tracking it is reached on 2015-11-05. You need to contact recipient or your postal service too see if it's handled or what happened.
