Hello.I have sent a faulty item back (sony xperia z3 compact digitizer) to the seller in Guangzhou city,and for some reason Paypal refuses to close the case,because they told me that they need a copy or a photo of the item with the right address of the recepient.When i sent the item from Greece to China i wrote all my personal information like my name,surname,address,e-mail and even my mobile phone,with Greece's country code(+30).I wrote everything about the recepient too.FOR some reason again paypal says that they can't see the recepients address(WHAATTTT)?SO please china post can you help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou delivery office on Feb 16 but not delivered yet. i believe the seller gave you an address which is wrong or not covered by china post delivery network. You should ask seller contact China Post 江南西Post Office and pickup the parcel.

I was given the address by Paypal.If not covered by china post delivery network then by whom?And finnally i want to speak with an operator of china post office but the recording is chinese.Any number to speak english?

many china address can not receive any post mail. You have to ask receiver go to china post and pickup the parcel.

Unfortunately China Post does not provide English customer service phone number. They have hot line 11185, but only in Chinese Mandarin.
