Post Parcel location Thailand?

RI928716603CN is my tracking number. It's supposed to be going to USA but it's showing on multiple places that the destination is Thailand. What's going on? Can someone give me an update on where it is?

2. Definitely the parcel is going to Thailand, may I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible to find out if he gave you the wrong tracking number for your parcel because the tracking above is going to Thailand.

3. When you contact seller give him the tracking above so if by any chances he made a mistake he will know. He could also call China Post: 11185, to find out if their was a mistake on their part.
