Hi,

I am to receive 2 parcels from China. 1 parcel was sent on 31/5/2017 (tracking number: EA265700475CN) and the 2nd parcel was sent on the 2/6/2017 (tracking number: EA265700400CN)

The issue is the 2nd parcel, the one sent on 2/6/2017 is due for delivery today yet the one sent on the 30th is still saying exported to destion. On parcel force it just says exported to UK. So I'm assuming it hasn't reached the UK yet.

Is this normal? Should it take this long to be reach the UK?

this is normal. EMS parcel can arrive UK in one or two weeks. No need worry.
