Good day!
Pls kndly help me!

I sent parcel from Ukraine to Bejiing under AWB
EB010304531UA

Since April 23 only the one statement is shown on site which is confirmed by Ukraine EMS

"2019/4/23 19:46 Item held at delivery depot 100700"

The receiver in China said that Chinese EMS advised by phone that parcel was shipped back beacause they could not find adressee.

But Ukraine EMS says that it is still in depot in China.
In the fact the AWB was filled up by hand and it could be unclear for Chinese people.

The receiver address is :

West 1000 meters, China National Railway Track Test Center Dongjiao Branch, No.1 Jiuxianqiao North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Postal code: 100015

Would be pls be so kind to clarify what is problem .

EB010304531UA arrived China destination office. But the address is wrong. You need ask receiver contact China Post office in 北京邮政速递望京区域分公司望京营投部 to pickup the parcel. the postman name is王彪；phone：18519362497. Normally postman can not speak English, your seller must speak Chinese.
