Hi

I sent a parcel from south africa to china on 18/09/2015. it didn't arrive in china so i contacted the local post office in south africa and the sent me the Item Information from their system. it says that it was received be the OFFICE OF EXCHANGE (Inb) (30) on 24/09/2015. i did tell my chinese receiver and he went to his local china post but they told him that they can not find or see the parcel on their system. can you please help. he is very angry with me and thinks that i lied to him. if i can give him a number to call so that he can find where it is it will help. thank you

the tracking number is CN036124157ZA

Ask receiver call China Post hot line 11185 and see if they can find the parcel. If not, then the parcel should be lost.
