Post Parcel from Korea to China

Hi, I ordered something from Korea and had it shipped to Wenzhou, China but my parcel has not come yet. I have looked at the tracking [RR940597100KR] but it says its in the local post office [Yangfushan]. Why hasn't it come to my door and what should I do? Do I need to go pick it up?

call China Post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel.
