Hi, can you help me with this parcel? It's a parcel from France to China and it seems to be stucked in Beijing by customs. French Post can't give me any information... Can you help me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EW092933142FR shows the parcel arrived Beijing customs on Dec 4. receiver must go to China Post Beijing head office to pay duty and pickup the item. he/she can call 11185 for more pickup and customs clearance detail.
