Post Parcel delays

So I ordered something off of eBay for a seller twice at two different times and two different products. One was in the middle of November and the second one was at beginning of December. The first one came a day earlier than the estimated delivery time. Cool, but my second one was supposed to arrive today and I've checked the tracking and it hasn't updated since the 23rd of Dec. Can someone please find my package....I'm nervous because this has happened before and with a different seller from china....here's the tracking number:

RH284384210CN is on the way, no need worry at this moment. based on my last year experience, I think you should get it by mid of Jan.

Last know state of my two parcels was that they have left country of origin on 22nd of December. Where are they now??? One of them: CP178901795PL

CP178901795PL has not arrived china yet. Once the parcel arrived china, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will shows china location.
