i want to know the caused of the delayed of my parcel RM694021079CN.
second, where is my parcel located now

2. As you can see the parcel departed Beijing on the 14 July for Ghana. I don't see any problem so far with your parcel. Ghana Post has not received the parcel yet.

So it means my parcel was under longer arrival days, because it exceeds average.
RM694021079CN.
Please I want to know.if it like this situation I think it will be very difficult to ship my parcel through China Registered air mail.thanks

1. Yes it look like your parcel will exceeds the Estimate Arrival Time for average parcel in Ghana.

2. Maybe your parcel arrive in Ghana and it's at the Customs Office, your parcel has not been cleared from Customs Office yet.

1. Unless your parcel is scan, nobody know the exact location of your parcel.

2. Have you phone Ghana Post to find out if maybe they received your parcel?

3. Just make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcel in case something happens.

Please everyday I contact Ghana post, but it has not reached my country Ghana.
Then if this is situation it will discourage most of the buyers including me to stop using China post, because of their services.
So I should expect it when please

1. According to China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time to Ghana is 4 to 8 weeks.

2. May I suggest the next time you buy something from China, if you want fast delivery ask for your parcel be mail by EMS China or maybe a private courier service like DHL. It will cost more money but it will be faster also.
