Hey guys, I am waiting for a packet from UK. Apparently on monday morning, there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt from China Post. I highly doubt that it was to the right address, as me and my colleagues were at the office at that time. I have not received a call or delivery note, hence I have no idea where to go. The hotline is in Chinese only.

you should call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the goods. Maybe your parcel address has error or your building does not allow postman entering.
