Post Packing still showing Posting?

Hi, I posted on this forum a couple of weeks ago now about a package I shipped to China. The tracking number is LK184728102US and it's still showing no sort of update that it's even reached China? Is there anyone I could call/email to confirm this? The package was a little expensive and I want to confirm it's going to where it needs to be or know if it was lost, etc. Thank you and happy New Year.

LK184728102US has not entered into china post system. it should be in china customs.
