Some weeks ago I posted about a package (RD404011027CN) whose last status was:

Tianjin Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

And it has not changed since february the 22nd nor I have received the package.

Same sender sent me another package later (RD404011486CN) and in 28th March it arrived to Tianjin Transit Station and got stuck at the same status, no movements since then.

I have been told this status means it has already left China

But same sender sent to me last november a previous package (RD404013875CN) which arrived to that status, and then got several more status, going to Beijing and departing the country, and I got it home in 21 days:

As you can see, after Tianjin, it had 8 more updates in China while it was in Beijing.

So, I'm really worried about those two packages which have not been updated, it seems as if the were lost somewhere between Tianjin and Beijing.

I've contacted the sender and they insist the packages have left China (but they will refund the money if I don't receive them so that's not the problem), but I really think there's a problem between Tianjin and Beijing. Can anyone clarify that for me?

And if it is so, is it possible to communicate to Tianjin and see what is happening there?
