Hi

2 of my packages are stuck at customs control on 21 January. Were sent on January 15 . Does anyone can tell me how much they can hold these packages . I have the first time such a situation. Both packages from the same vendor. Always getting the goods after 2-3 weeks, and here ...
If anyone knows the procedure in these offices I ask for info.

Happens to me sometimes too that they get stuck in customs, in some cases for more than 5 weeks. Usually it's like the goods are randomly selected to be checked, and then it takes looog time to get going again.

ok but how long they can hold packages. You wroto 5 weeks... in my case 5 weeks past yesterday :/. Is there any official procedur??
