Post Package trouble?

In addition to my last package that still hasn't left customs in over 40 days. I have another package that says I'm transit and has been stuck like this for some time. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

1. Your best solution is to contact seller and tell him the situation about your parcel. Your last tracking is this:
2016-08-28 01:16
Shanghai City and leave Shanghai to Chicago

2. I could speculate that the parcel is in USA and US Customs has not view your parcel for clearance or maybe a mail bag was left in a corner somewhere. The seller will be able to call China Post EMS to find out what is wrong.
