http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to Mexico is about 9 weeks. Your parcel is still in normal time frame(max time can take 122 days).

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask your seller to extend protection or open dispute. otherwise keep waiting.

After the parcel arrived in Mexico, it should be handled by Mexico Post ,suggest you contact them for the delivery details.
