Hi ordered a present a week before Christmas, from kidolla, i knew it wouldn't be here for Christmas, but the tracking says its been sitting at the airport since 21st January and hasn't moved, it needs handing over to royal mail to continue its journey, ive no reponse from seller and im at a financial loss and an emotional one. Tracking number LA972099640CN

your seller actually delayed shipment of LA972099640CN for half month. He applied this tracking number on Dec 26, but actually shipped the goods on Jan 16.

Unfortunately China started 3 weeks Lunar new year holiday since Jan 17, the parcel stayed in Nanning warehouse for one month and finally was sent to airline on Feb 16.

Now many airlines to UK are cancelled because of coronavirus, I believe your parcel will keep delay 2 to 4 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, I suggest you open dispute for refund. If your seller shipped the goods before Jan 1st, 2020, you should have received the order long time ago.

Thanks for this. Royal mail are saying they are waiting for the handover of the parcel at the airport, i hope you are safe and well from the virus, sending love from the uk
