My package has had a partial delivery mark since June of this year, and I was wondering when exactly that package was finally going to arrive. If you have no plans to deliver it 5o my apartment, then can I just come and get it in person then? My tracking number is LZ425236238CN

https://tools.usps.com/tracking/LZ425236238CN shows it was delivered on June 26 by USPS. it is fully delivered not partial delivered.

If you didn't get all the item you paid, it means the seller didn't ship you the full order, you need to open dispute to seller and ask for refund or ship the rest of order in new tracking number.
