shipping to Canada is very very slow these days. You probably need wait another 2 weeks. If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection or open dispute. otherwise keep waiting.

it's normal for an item's tracking to "freeze" at its last location in China. After it is given to the airline, nobody will scan it again until it reaches the destination country. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669

In the case of Canada Post there is an additional issue, in that since August, Canada Post no longer puts tracking information online for these kinds of items (registered mail). However, I can tell that they last updated the status of your item on Oct 8, so unless your item has some problem in Customs, you should get it within the next two weeks. Average from China to Canada is 30 days.
