Its been a month since my tracking was last updated and its last location was in Shanghai, i called my local office and they said that its been hanging there for a month and they dont know why.
EA292711472CN that is the tracking number, its been too long, i urgently need my package .

EA292711472CN is EMS parcel which normally will arrive no more than 3 weeks. Your parcel seems to be seriously delayed or lost. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by next Friday, you need open dispute for refund.
