Post Package stuck in Customs?

Hi,

I sent a package to my friend in China at the end of March, but the tracking information says that it's been in customs since 3rd of April. The package is a pair of shoes, tracking number RN367446699GB.

When can we expect for it to be delivered? It's been stuck for 3 weeks now.

RN367446699GB seems to have customs clearance problem. You need ask your friend to call china post hotline 11185 and locate the parcel, then pay duty and pickup the parcel.
