Hi,

I sent a rock sample to China. However it has been stuck at customs since 3/25/2019. Do i have to pay some kind of tax before it can be cleared and delivered?

This is the tracking number CJ167488526US

I really need assistance in this matter.

CJ167488526US is still in China customs. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pay duty to collect the parcel from customs.
