Post Package stuck at Customs?

Hello,

I bought two items seperately from the same seller, the second one arrived ok, the first one still shows as below:

Parcel No.RI915671041CN tracking result
2016-05-06 00:07:44.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2016-05-06 00:52:00.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 customs scan
2016-05-06 09:41:45.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 佛山
2016-05-06 14:38:00.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-05-06 15:07:44.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

Seems the first one never made it to Beijing Transit Station. The second item (the one received) then progressed as below:

Parcel No.RS006712287CN tracking result
2016-05-07 12:15:56.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2016-05-07 13:51:17.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 customs scan
2016-05-07 16:46:07.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 佛山
2016-05-08 14:12:28.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-05-08 16:11:16.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-05-09 18:51:53.0 Beijing Transit Station export security scan
2016-05-10 12:37:21.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-05-10 21:00:00.0 arrive Beijing Airport
2016-05-10 21:04:06.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-05-11 12:23:00.0 Beijing departure
2016-05-12 20:50:00.0 arrive Malta 瓦莱塔 Transit Station
2016-05-13 13:48:00.0 Malta Post Office attempt delivery
2016-05-14 14:16:00.0 Malta Post Office delivered

Any suggestions please. Any help much appreciated.

Or maybe worse still lost in domestic transit (train?) between Guangzhou Transit Station and Beijing Transit Station.

Help me please.

1. Their might be 2 possibilities, parcel can not pass Export Customs or the parcel can not get a flight out to Beijing.

2. Just keep tracking, if you don't see any movement by next Monday, contact the seller and ask him to call China Post: 11185, to find out was is going on with your parcel.

Did you get to the bottom of this ? I have pretty much the same, but just the one package 'stuck' at "Zhengzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )", no reply to email to supplier.

Got this when tracking, seems not coming through then

2016-05-20 09:17:45.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan ,remark (rejected )

Anything I can do apart from asking for a refund please?

Seems int077 was right then that parcel can not pass Export Customs. Then again, it is just an IP camera!!, nothing magnetic, nothing that is part of the forbidden list!

I am baffled.
