Looking for information on my package that still hasn't arrived , iv tracked it on many different sites that shows it has been posted so where is it??????? The tracking is RL142176394CN

RL142176394CN stuck in 福州 for more than 60 days. based on my experience, normally this means the parcel is lost or rejected by customs/safety officer.
