Hi, i am waiting on a package from China to Jamaica from April 2015. The tracking shows as below:

2015-04-20 21:51:00 [ Guangdong postal express logistics business department of international business administration embrace Higashiyama station ] has Acceptance
2015-04-25 08:45:00 [Beijing] have been exported straight exchange offices closed
2015-04-25 10:30:00 [Beijing] exchange offices have been opened for exports
2015-04-30 11:48:00 [Zurich (rpm)] have been exported straight seal
2015-05-05 15:38:00 [Beijing] have been imported mutual exchange bureau seal (domestic transit)
2015-05-09 10:57:54 [Guangzhou] exchange bureau has opened for imports
2015-06-15 13:46:54 [Guangzhou] has been imported mutual exchange bureau seal (domestic transit)

Been stuck from June...............Need help please as this is my wedding favours! thank you

This is not good, it looks like the package had some problem in Zurich and was returned to sender in China.
