My package was sent on 06-30-2017 with tracking number RS684077759CN but to date the status of the package does not change.

Please help

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Jul 5. You might need wait 4 to 8 weeks to get it in South America. No status will show when parcel is outside china.
