my package with the tracking number CP316598868CN still hasn't been updated since the first of November 2015.

Can you give me any further information?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel arrived Mexico on Jan 27. Now China post does not control the parcel anymore, you should contact Mexico Post(Correos de México) for delivery detail
