Hello dear China Post,

I have send a package on the 21st of August from the Netherlands (DHL Germany) to China. The package has arrived in China on the 29th and has been trough duane both here in Europe as well as in China.

The package tracking number is: CY906747847DE

The lady on the phone of China Post can only tell me that the package is ''on transport'', From this forum I understand that there are tight schedules and logistic planning to make sure the packages arrives at the happy receiver, yet the lady on the phone cannot give me more information then this.

The receiver has called multiple times and also asked why it takes more then 4 days for a package to be on 'transport'. Questions of both me and the receiver are not answered from China Post, DHL advices me to start a claim, yet i would like to know where the package is.

As I told the lady on the phone, unfortunatly the answer ''on transport'' does not satisfy me anymore.

I would like to know where in Zhuhai the package currently is. The mailing centre is in the same city as the delivery, so 4 days on transport is high unlikely.
And I would like to know when the package will arive.

CY906747847DE arrived Zhuhai on Sep 1 but has not been delivered. It should have some delivery problem. I guess either the address in Chinese is wrong or parcel has duty payment problem.

You need ask receiver call China Post 11183 and try to pickup the parcel.

The receiver contacted your office.

''The package, since 1 september, still hasn't arrived in the local office.
Contact with the local office can be made once it arrives there.
The package will be put in privledge''

I would like to know, how it can't be in the local office yet, since i was told on the phone it left Zhuhai mailing centre on the 3rd.

I would like to have to know if the package is not lost or anything. So I can start the claiming procedures. Although I would also like to have a exact location. I have read there are logistic schedules, it shouldn't be hard to find out where it is.
Dhl told me they will ask you guys to look in your registers as well to find where it exactly goes wrong (once i activate a claim procedure), so I presume it's possible for your company to find out.

I still have a little hope, which is why I haven't started the procedure. But hope is faiding.

Please find out where exactly the package is.
And why it is on transport in ONE city for 7 days?
