I had a package that says it was delivered but I never received it. AMTS000361290FS this is the tracking number

AMTS000361290FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called MTS.

MTS Tracking Database shows it was Delivered in CLIFTON PARK,12065on Nov 3.
