Hey my package number 04514484599 has been in transist at Guangzhou exchange bureau for the past 4 days . Why has there been no update with the package. When will my package be delivered?

this is china post ordinary parcel. tracking status updates is slow. it is moving, but you can not see new location status.

Hello ,I have the same problem. I have tracking number CO985955748RO , I sent from Romania To China , Shenzeng, Guangdong province, a defective item and my parcel is't moving .
This is the last status : 2017-02-01 09:13 Beijing Exchange Bureau, import each other (internal transit)
can you tell me what's hapend?

the parcel is in Beijing. it should have some delivery problem(many parcel English address has problem to translate back to original chinese address). you need ask recipient to call china post hot line 11185.

Even chinese address might have delivery problem. 30 to 40% China address can not be delivered by China Post. If this is such kind no-delivery address, china post will call recipient to pickup if there is phone number in address. Otherwise China Post will put the parcel in warehouse waiting for pickup until free warehouse time expires. then return or discard the parcel.

518054 is postcode, not phone number. however, your address seems to be deliverable(normally non-delivery address is in poor surburb, your address is in expensive urban area). Try to ask receiver contact china post (call 11185) and arrange pickup or delivery.
