My Package arrived to UK on 31 of January and not moving since. Tracking number LX931746503CN . What shell I do?

http://track-chinapost.com/index.php shows it arrived UNITED KINGDOM on Feb 1st. it is in Royal Mail system. You should contact Royal mail for delivery detail.

In Royal Mail office I was told that this parcel was addressed not to my name and not to my address. It arrived to absolutely different part of the country. eBay seller supplied me with wrong tracking number and now he does not respond to any of my messages.
