Dear Customer Service,
I have a package, number LM411036537CN, that should arrive to my home. My tracking result reports that on 2019/1/7 "Addressee not available at time of delivery/Addressee advised to pick up the item". The problem is that actually no written advice was leaved at the apartment to pick up the item. The next two days there was always a person at home but no second delivery was attempted.
So the question is now where do I should pick up the package, or how can I contact the courier to schedule a second delivery?
I also tried to find informations from the global tracking page devoted to Italy but no result was displayed. Is this normal? Do I have to use another tracking number in that case? If yes, which one?

Italy Post website shows LM411036537CN just arrived MONZA MB, status as In lavorazione presso il Centro Operativo Postale.

It should be delivered to you within this week. You can contact your local Italy Post office for delivery detail.
