Hello

LX574224225CN is my tracking code. It claimed to have attempted delivery but there was no way for me to know when the delivery was going to be made and I was at work.

How do I arrange a re-delivery? I am checking the tracking number several times a day but there is no update.

LX574224225CN is in the hand of your local Post office. Contact Japan Post and try to pickup the parcel.
