Hi,

I have bought sth from Aliexpress and they gave me the following tracking number: LZ512006145CN

The package was delivered to germany, but not to my address ( Mine is Postweg 1, 54472 Monzelfeld, germany)

Now Aliexpress won‘t refund or check before I deliver an evidence of the failure. I cant do this, already called DHL, but the can‘t help me because of privacy reasons.

How can I proof it didn‘t reach me and what could be a solution in this case.

Can you check the tracking number?
