Hello, my package is stucked for more than a month, can you tell me when it will arrive to Spain and if it was lost? RV457043534CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV457043534CN shows the parcel was sent to Chongqing railway station on Jun 17 but never moved since then. This is very strange because parcel location status normally will be updated every week after leaving chongqing railway station. Your parcel is very likely to be lost.

I suggest you open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Vilnius is the 1st entrance railway hub to EU. ChinaPost parcel normally will stay here for about 2-3 weeks for import processing, sorting and then transit to other kind of land transportation vehicles.suggest you wait patiently.
