Could I please get an update on the location / status of my package as it had been waiting for despatch from the transfer hub since the 11th Oct 2020.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ357865360CN shows the parcel was delayed in Guangzhou for one month. It was just sent to airline again on Nov 18. It is waiting for flight space to Australia.
