Hello dear China post admin,

Can you please tell me if the shipment left China? I'm waiting for the status change to arrive at the airport, but it's a week and status is still the same. Thank You.

2017-06-01 21:06:19.0 金华city parcel dept. customs scan
2017-06-01 21:24:43.0 leaving 金华city parcel dept. ，next station 金华南station
2017-06-02 08:12:55.0 Hangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2017-06-02 13:08:10.0 Hangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

Thank you for your kindly reply,

but it's been 15 days and status still without change. It is normal? I read that the "export customs cleared" status may mean that the package has left China. I ordered sunglasses so there would be no problem at the customs.

It is possible that the parcel left China from Hangzhou directly. Normally parcel status will not update when it is outside china because none scan the parcel anymore.
